Danielle Brand

Danielle was born and raised in Alex, Oklahoma, a small rural farming community that instilled in her a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for family-owned businesses. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma, before pursuing her legal education at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. After completing law school, Danielle returned home to Oklahoma and began her professional career as a Contracts Department Manager for a local business technology solutions provider.

In 2015, she transitioned into the field of tax resolution, where she has built an extensive and successful career helping taxpayers nationwide resolve complex tax issues. Over the years, Danielle has negotiated successful resolutions for thousands of clients across the United States and has handled a wide variety of tax matters, giving her broad experience across numerous case types. Her passion for tax resolution stems from her upbringing in a family of entrepreneurs, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges small business owners face in navigating the complexities of the tax system. Danielle is committed not only to resolving her clients’ immediate tax concerns but also to empowering them through education. She believes that helping taxpayers understand and effectively navigate the tax system is key to achieving long-term financial stability and success.
