Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. Attending the University of Memphis, graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Political Science in 2017, receiving the University’s Pre-Law Award. During his time in undergraduate school, Jeffrey participated in the Tennessee Intercollegiate Student Legislature, a student organization focused on the drafting and debating of state laws in a mock legislature setting. After undergraduate school, he attended the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, graduating cum laude in 2020. During both law school and undergraduate school, he became experienced with tax law, working in private firms as well as with Memphis Area Legal Services to provide clients with the best possible tax results. He sat for and passed the Tennessee State Bar Exam in October 2020, being sworn in January 2021. He is an Eagle Scout and enjoys camping, working with computers, and listening to music. Jeffrey joined the Law Office of Lance R. Drury in September 2021.
