Samantha grew up in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. She graduated with a Political Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009. In 2010, she moved to St. Louis to attend law school at Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, Samantha interned with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri in their Elder Law Unit. She graduated from SLU Law cum laude in May 2013. Samantha began working at the Missouri Attorney General's Cape Girardeau, MO office in 2014, practicing in their workers' compensation unit and then Medicaid estate recovery. She and her family moved to Sainte Genevieve, MO in 2015. In June 2019, Samantha joined Legal Services of Southern Missouri as a domestic violence advocacy attorney, where she practiced primarily family law in Cape Girardeau and the surrounding southeastern Missouri area. Samantha joined the Law Office of Lance R. Drury in March 2020.
